LesConcierges merges to create new global competitor
Les Concierges and John Paul are merging to create a new global competitor in the concierges and loyalty market.
The new John Paul hopes to soon double in size to $ 150 million in revenue in 2017. The two companies are similar in size, $ 30 million in revenue for 400 employees, the French side, 40 million and 600 employees, the American side.
